The human brain weighs 1300g-1400g compared to the elephant's brain which is a total weight of 4783g. Although an elephant's brain is about 5 times the size of the human brain, it is only .2% of it's body weight compared to the human brain which is 2.3% of it's body weight. The human brain contains 10 billion to 100 billion neurons although the elephants still contain more neurons in their brains.

ReplyDeleteThis is all very good information, but it is a little hard to read. The font makes it difficult as well as the color choice. Maybe changing the colors could catch someone's eye better.
